Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order is not received according to the tracking detail once in the possession of the courier, you (in some cases we can file on your behalf) must file a claim with USPS respectively. Once a claim is filed and a claim number is obtained, Black Organics will work with you to resolve this unfortunate issue based on the findings of the courier.
