All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

In the case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a change needs to be made, please notify us via email at shopceceorganics@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once scanned by courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.CeCeOrganics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

If your order arrives with a damaged or defective item, please email our Customer Support team at shopceceorganics@gmail.com. Please include photos along with your name and order number. We will be happy to take a look at your order and discuss options!

International Shipping Policy

www.CeCeOrganics.com ships worldwide; however, we are not responsible for packages delayed in customs or courier issues.
